After reaching Working Stage:- Space closure followed by closing openbite Using elastic bands

New Orthodontic case:-
Class 1 molar relation
Tongue thrusting habit
Anterior open bite
Spacing upper and lower arch
Increased lower facial height
Convex facial profile with bimaxillary protrusion
Treatment plan:-
Leveling and alignment: Using NiTi arch wire sequence as usual together with a tongue habit breaker
Working stage:- closure of space by using StSt wire and power chain elastic followed by placing of a reverse arch wires and Interarch elastic bands (Box elastic & delta elastics)
Finishing stage:- correction of teeth angulation,inclination leveling
Retention stage:- lifetime fixed retainer to prevent elapse due to arch length teeth width dimension discrepancy and generalized spacing .
