Cast analysis :-

1:- Class 1 mallocclusion (molar and incisor class 1)
2:- Buccally ectopic erupting upper and lower canines
3:- Bolton analysis of arch length teeth dimention revealed a discrepancy of 9 mm in upper arch and 9 mm in lower arch which indicating severe crowding
4:- spacing of 5 mm in upper arch ( 2.5mm between 2 and 4 in right side and the same in left side)
5:- spacing of 3.5 mm in lower arch ( 3 mm between 2 and 4 in left side and 0.5 mm between 2 and 4 in right side)
6:- arch diameter analysis revealed a discrepancy of 9 mm in the premolars area and 5 mm in the molar area
7:- overbite analysis indicate moderate ant. deepbite
8:- overjet analysis in cast indicate normal overjet
9:- midline analysis indicate normal midline relation
10:- rotation of lower left second premolar
11:- mesial tipping of lower right first premolar
12:- deep palate
13:- retroclined upper and lower lateral incisor

Panorama evaluation :-
1:- unerupted upper and lower third molars (still erupting with no space for their eruption )
2:- incomplete formation of lower second molars apex


Cephalometric analysis :-
1:- reduced SNA and SNB
2:- increased overjet 6.8 mm
3:- increased lower facial height
4:- retroclined upper incisors
5:- proclined lower incisors (slightly)
6:- normal facial profile
