MOD post‑endodontic restoration

A patient was referred after completion of root canal treatment on a premolar presenting with an MOD cavity. The restorative phase involved careful evaluation of remaining tooth structure and reinforcement of cusps. A fiber‑reinforced composite was placed to ensure durability and optimal stress distribution.
