Lower third molar extraction

The patient presented with an indicated extraction of the lower third molar. Manual separation was performed to facilitate removal, ensuring minimal trauma to surrounding tissues. The extraction was completed smoothly and atraumatically, with preservation of bone and soft tissue integrity. Post‑operative healing was expected to be favorable due to the conservative approach. This case demonstrates the effectiveness of manual separation in achieving atraumatic exodontia for impacted or structurally challenging molars.
