Chief Complaint:
Patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of upper anterior teeth regarding shape, size, and overall esthetics.
Clinical Findings:
Anterior teeth showed irregular morphology, minor discoloration, and lack of proper incisal anatomy. Gingival condition was acceptable with slight inflammation post-scaling.
Diagnosis:
Esthetic disharmony in anterior teeth due to improper shape, color inconsistency, and worn incisal edges.
Treatment Plan:
Direct composite veneers from canine to canine to enhance smile esthetics and achieve better anatomical form and shade harmony.
