Retreatment Endo of upper lateral incisor

Patient Complaint:

Patient presented with discomfort and/or recurrent symptoms in previously treated anterior tooth.

Diagnosis:

• Previously treated lateral incisor

• Inadequate root canal obturation

• Presence of periapical radiolucency (suggestive of persistent infection)

Treatment Plan:

Non-surgical endodontic retreatment to eliminate infection and achieve proper obturation.
