1 / 4
Patient presented with a midline diastema between the maxillary central incisors and requested an aesthetic correction.
Veneer treatment was discussed, but the patient preferred a more conservative option due to personal reasons. Direct composite restoration was performed using a layered technique to close the diastema while preserving natural tooth structure and maintaining tooth proportions, contour, and aesthetics. The restoration was finished and polished to achieve a smooth surface and harmonious smile appearance.
