Root Canal Treatment

Patient presented with severe throbbing pain in the mandibular molar region, with symptoms worsening on lying down.

Clinical and radiographic examination confirmed a diagnosis of Irreversible Pulpitis with Asymptomatic Apical Periodontitis.

Root canal treatment was initiated using rotary instrumentation. The canals were cleaned, shaped and obturated following standard endodontic protocols to eliminate infection and preserve the tooth.
